About me
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Marsena Anderson Cook has been using her talents of singing since the age of eight. As a child, Marsena developed her God-given gift of music in the children's choir, as well as singing solos and duets as a teenager with her mother Valerie. Marsena credits her mother with teaching her at an early age that God was the giver of her vocal abilities and that she was always to use her gift of song to glorify Him alone.
She is a 1996 graduate of Andrews University (Berrien Springs, Michigan) with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Media. She is a faithful and joyful member of the Ephesus Seventh-day Adventist Church in Birmingham, Alabama.
She has been happily married for 10 years to Tracy Cook, who is presently pursuing a 2nd Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. They currently reside in the Birmingham, AL area, and have recently become the proud parents of a son named Mark Thomas.
Marsena's speaking topics include:

...and any other topics the Lord inspires her to speak on!
