Biography

The Well's Angels are one of those groups that have a good understanding of their audience, and they don't try to be something they are not. A clear Christian message is combined with a musical style that mixes classic blues/rock with adult contemporary. Sort of think what might happen if Bob Seger or Bachman Turner Overdrive got together with Sandi Patti. An odd combo, but The Well's Angels make it work. The guitar playing and low booming voice of Dave Pegowski anchor The Well's Angels. Dave's wife Karen, provices additional backing vocals. Keyboards and drum programming is provided by Lynn A.Sanch. Dave and Lynn collaborate on the songwriting. The Well's Angels mateerial covers everything from rocking blues numbers to soft spiritual praise music. Although not turning away the younger crowd, the band does find they connect with the more mature audience. Their faith and passion are clearly centered on the hope found in Jesus Christ. It's a message not limited by any demographic. The Well's Angels are definitely filling a gap in the Christian music landscape, and their growing fanbase demonstrates that.
